چکیده

Sinapic acid (SA) is a poorly water-soluble substance which could result in poor bioavailability. The aim of this study was to determine the “hydroxypropyl ?-cyclodextrin (HP?CD)” solubilization SA presence auxiliary hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and evaluate ternary inclusion complex prepared by microwave technology. Phase-solubility profiles showed that HP?CD exhibited greatest solubilizing effect on HPMC. enhanced rate dissolution complex. Outcomes analyses such as “DSC, FTIR, NMR, SEM” confirmed embedding into cavity formation outcomes antioxidant activity (ABTS nitric oxide scavenging activity) demonstrated (TIC) presented strong activity, might be solubility TIC Hence, SA-TIC formulation better dosage form may protect body from free radical damage oxidative stress. Microwave technology greatly boosted interaction with HPMC, findings are expected contribute raising SA, thereby improving bioavailability SA.

Solid State Characterization of Domperidone: Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex

The purpose of the present study was to prepare inclusion complex of domperidone with hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin in order improved the solubility and hence to increase dissolution of domperidone. An effect of concentration of hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin on the aqueous solubility of domperidone was determined by phase-solubility method. The aqueous solubility of domperidone increased as a f...
